Security and Payment Security
TLS (HTTPS) encryption is used across the site; information submitted through forms travels over an encrypted connection.
Card number, expiry date and CVV are NEVER collected, displayed or stored on this website. Card payments take place within the bank’s 3D Secure infrastructure and card data is entered only in that environment.
Access to the admin panel is password protected; sessions are signed and time limited. Only the data required to deliver the service is retained server-side.
Data retention
- Booking and enquiry records are kept for the duration of the service and any statutory retention period.
- After that period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
- In the event of a breach affecting data security, affected individuals and the Authority are notified within the statutory period.

Your Rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, to request erasure within the applicable legal framework, and to seek compensation where processing is unlawful.
